Description
About Leah

I've been a performer all my life, starting with professional commercial jingles and community theater as a child, debuting on Broadway shortly after college, and making a transition into audiobook narration last year. Being a narrator has been a perfect melding of my two lifelong loves: reading and theatre. I am a huge book nerd; my favorite authors include Kate Atkinson, Ann Patchett, Haruki Murakami, Amor Towles, and Curtis Sittenfeld. I'm a member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and AGMA, and I continue to work across many formats. Since I built my home studio in March 2020, I have enjoyed being able to work from home. ... more I have received two Earphones Awards from AudioFile for my work on Just Like That, a beautiful middle grade novel by Gary D. Schmidt, and for being one of the narrators of Karl Ove Knausgaard's novel The Morning Star. less
