My success in each career required a solid foundation of knowledge and mastery: musical, acting and foreign language proficiency for opera; quantitative, logical and rhetorical skills for finance. And whether the message I communicated was emotional or rational, it was always a story. In telling those stories, I used my voice to inform, entertain and inspire.
