A midwesterner now living in the south, Cynthia has narrated over 60 audiobooks in many genres, and in 2014 she received an Earphones Award from Audiofile Magazine for her narration of Megan Marshall’s “Margaret Fuller: A New American Life”. She holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Illinois, has performed with Theatrical Outfit, Horizon Theatre Company, Georgia Shakespeare, North Carolina Shakespeare, Theatre Emory, Actor’s Express, Charlotte Rep, and can currently be seen playing moms on shows such as the Netflix hit Stranger Things (Barb’s Mom), HBO’s Vice Principals, Resurrection, The Vampire Dia ... more ries, and Halt & Catch Fire.
