About Allyson

Allyson is a Chicago based theatre and voice over actor with a fun, versatile style. A long time working actor, her love of performing led to audiobook narration and she's never looked back. With over 270 audiobooks in her portfolio, she is comfortable narrating many different genres and accents. Accents she has performed are: Southern dialects, New York, Irish, Scottish, British, Australian and Eastern European / Russian. She is an ensemble member of a long running live radio audio drama and recently, her alter ego narrated audiobooks for the popular podcast "Read Me Romance".
